Our friendly team can assist you with: centre directions, complimentary wheelchair and stroller hire, Craigieburn Central gift cards, lost property and local transport information

Parents / Family Room
Family Rooms are provided for parents and guardians to take care of their children while shopping at Craigieburn Central. Our Family Room is conveniently located within the toilet facilities near Woolworths. The room is equipped with private feeding areas, change tables, child-friendly toilets and microwaves.
General Mobility Services
To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Craigieburn Central offers complimentary wheelchair and scooter hire. To make a booking please contact Centre Management on 03 9643 0677. Drivers licence details are required when using this service.
