Events NAIDOC Week

9:00am - 5:00pm

Voice, Treaty, Truth

The theme for NAIDOC in 2019 is Voice, Treaty, Truth which celebrates the key elements of the Uluru Statement from the Heart reforms, a conversation based on generations of consultation and discussions. Working together with our communities, our families, our rich history and our nation, creates a stronger shared future.

During the week, we encourage all staff and our community networks to join with us as we learn about the important findings from the Uluru Statement from the Heart reforms – Voice, Treaty,  Truth – both the historical significance and what it means for a stronger shared future.

Please join our community in celebrating the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people on Saturday 13 July.

Celebrations include:

  • 10am-11:30am: Dreamtime storytelling workshop in the Target Quadrant
  • 11am: Welcome to Country in the Target Quadrant
